The first thing we ordered was sushi.

The omakase 5-piece set, where the chef randomly selects sushi toppings for you, is very reasonable at 550 yen (tax included) per person, one time only.

Natura’s nigiri sushi costs over 100 yen per piece, so you won’t go wrong no matter what topping you get.

It’s also a specialty of the restaurant, so be sure to order it before ordering a single sushi dish.

②Various sushi

As the name of the restaurant suggests, there is a wide variety of sushi available!

In addition to the standard tuna and shrimp, the chefs will carefully prepare seasonal fish for you.

You can choose from salted or regular sauce for the conger eel, and they also offer seared and grilled toppings, so it’s hard to decide what to order.

You can also enjoy fresh tuna nigiri for 250 yen (excluding tax) per piece, making it even more affordable than a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant.

③Assortment of 3 kinds of sashimi

After the sushi comes a sashimi platter.

The sashimi selection varies depending on the day, so it’s fun to see what you get.

There are also many condiments toppings, so be sure to try them all together.

④Japanese-style Yukhoe with Tuna and Avocado

This dish consists of tuna and avocado coated in a sweet and spicy sauce.

It’s delicious to eat as is, or rolled up with the Korean seaweed served on the side.

The rich flavor makes it a great dish to go with alcohol.

⑤Braised Kinki

At Natura, a Japanese food and stand-up sushi restaurant, the fish dishes are delicious, so I ordered a stew of a high-class fish called “Kinki.”

Depending on the fish, you can choose to have it grilled or boiled.

⑥5 kinds of tempura assortment

After enjoying the fish to the fullest, we also ordered the Japanese dish “tempura.”

“Japanese Cuisine and Stand-Up Sushi Natura” has many menu items that use vegetables, and the tempura was also mainly made with vegetables.

The tempura is served freshly fried, so be careful not to get burned.

⑦Inaniwa udon with sesame miso sauce

It was absolutely delicious when dipped in the flavorful sesame miso sauce!

⑧Hiroki Daiginjo
