It’s been an incredible year at Shinji! Swipe through to relive our 2024 highlights. ✨ 2️⃣ Celebrated our 14th anniversary with the Shinji family! 3️⃣ Grateful for our 9th consecutive year of achieving a Michelin Star. 4️⃣ In collaboration with long time vendor Nabeshima Brewery, we hosted an exclusive sake-pairing dinner to debut their 100th-anniversary sake. 5️⃣ Together with the House of Suntory, hosted three whisky-pairing dinners where we introduced an exclusive omakase menu to celebrate the launch of the new Tsukuriwake series, blending Japanese whiskey with culinary artistry. 6️⃣ Our chefs continue to embody the philosophy of “一握入魂 (hitonigiri nyukon),” a motto by our Executive Chef Kanesaka in Ginza, Tokyo. This signifies that every piece of sushi is crafted with a portion of the soul and passion of the chef. 7️⃣ Lastly, a big thank you from the Shinji family for all the support throughout our 14 years of service!
