At Kura Sushi, we do not use the four major additives not only in our sushi, but also in all of the over 200 types of ingredients we handle in our stores, including gari, soy sauce, vinegar, and dashi.

At Kura Sushi, we do not use any chemical seasonings, artificial sweeteners, synthetic coloring agents, or artificial preservatives in any of our ingredients. Our basic philosophy is to prioritize the health of our customers.
Comfort/Enjoyment
