How to take Sushiro home is easy! Reduce waiting time by pre-ordering

Sushiro’s take-out orders can be pre-ordered, so you can pick up your order without waiting.
The menu can be ordered as a set or individually, and the take-out limited items are also a must-see. In addition to sushi, we also have a wide variety of side menus and desserts!

You can order take-out items online, by phone, fax, or in-store, and pick up your items at the store. Take-out orders are also available at all Sushiro stores, and you can also specify a pick-up time.

Please note that udon soup, products made with soft-boiled eggs, and ice cream cannot be taken home. Products using soft-boiled eggs are sold without eggs.

How to order take-out from Sushiro

There are four ways to order takeout from Sushiro: in-store, online, by phone, and by fax. In this article, we will explain the steps and precautions for three ways to order from home.

The menus and prices you can order will remain the same, but the ordering process and payment methods will differ, so be sure to check in advance.

Order online/app

For take-out of Sushiro, ordering online from the official website or using the official app is convenient! You can easily select the menu, and pick up your order is also smooth due to cashless payment.

The steps are the same for both online and app orders. First, search for a pick-up store and check the crowd status and business hours of nearby stores. All you have to do is select your menu and pick-up time, and enter your payment information.
Pick-up times can be selected in 15-minute increments, and orders can be reserved 31 days in advance.

We recommend that you do not register as a member, as you can complete the procedure by simply entering your personal information.

You can also order Sushiro take-out by phone. This method is recommended for those who find it troublesome to enter data on the internet or in apps. If you would like to pay in cash, please order by phone.

Before you call, first decide what menu you want to order. In that case, please refer to the takeout menu on Sushiro’s official website.
Once you have decided on the details of your order, call the nearby store where you will pick up your order and go to pick it up at the estimated completion time.

It can be crowded, especially on weekends and holidays, so it’s best to make reservations in advance.

Order by FAX

If you have a large order or want to take your time in choosing the menu, we recommend ordering by fax. You can pay by cash as well as by phone.

First, download and print the “take-home fax order slip” from Sushiro’s official website. Fill in the product you want to order, personal information, and desired date and time of pick-up and send. Once you send the fax, you will receive a call back to confirm and your order is complete.

How to receive and pay Sushiro take-out

You can pick up your Sushiro takeout at the store. When your reservation is ready, head to the counter.
If you order by phone or fax, please pay at the register before receiving your order. If you order online or through an app, there is no need to pay as payment is cashless.

Sushiro’s take-home products are placed in a special container, and you can also receive wasabi, soy sauce, and sweet and sour ginger for free. Furthermore, the sushi will be placed in a special bag that will fit the sushi in a larger container, so you don’t have to worry about the sushi falling apart!

You can pick up Sushiro take-out from a special locker.

Sushiro has an “automatic souvenir locker” exclusively for take-out items. Contactless service is convenient and safe as it also helps prevent coronavirus.

If you order online, you can pick it up by holding the QR code sent to your registered email address over your locker. If you order in-store, by phone, or by fax, you can receive your order by scanning the QR code you obtained after paying at the self-checkout.
*Some stores do not have automatic souvenir lockers.
